ROLE SUMMARY

Opening this Fall, Delilah Dallas is seeking attentive and service-driven Server Assistants to help create a seamless and elevated dining experience. Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, assisting with clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness throughout common areas, and supporting servers in all aspects of service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Open availability is preferred. We will begin interviewing during the last week of July. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate the needs of customers and other team members.

Assists servers with food &beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintains cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, condiments, and bottled beverages.
