Senior/Staff Platform Engineer — Infrastructure

We are looking for a Staff/Principal Platform Engineer to join the Infrastructure team . This team owns the foundational platform that every engineering team at P2P.org builds on—Kubernetes, monitoring and observability, secrets management, delivery pipelines, and shared infrastructure tooling.

This is not a protocol‑specific role. You will work across the entire organization, building and scaling the internal developer platform that enables 60+ blockchain network teams to deploy, monitor, and operate their services reliably and securely. You will be a technical leader who sets direction, drives standards, and mentors engineers—while still being deeply hands‑on.

The right person for this role thinks in systems, cares about developer experience, and has strong opinions (loosely held) about how platform infrastructure should be built and consumed at scale.
