About the Role

            Responsibilities  Conduct comprehensive and accurate physiotherapy assessments during client admission, periodic reviews, and at discharge. 
Choose relevant and specific outcome measures to assess therapy progress effectively, facilitating timely clinical decisions. 
Collaborate with clients and involved parties to establish individualized, SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals. 
Plan and deliver physiotherapy treatments that are person-centered and grounded in evidence-based practice. 
Maintain clear and thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, interventions, goals, and outcomes in accordance with established protocols. 
Share assessment findings, treatment strategies, goals, progress, and discharge plans with clients and stakeholders. 
Oversee the safe and effective use of rehabilitation tools and technologies and provide training on assistive devices where appropriate....
