(What the role is) The Business Analyst in the OpsTech team will play a crucial role in enhancing operational support and system capabilities for Continuing Education and Training (CET) programs and schools. This role involves analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimise system usage and improve effectiveness and support both ongoing Training Management System operations.

• Provide better support to schools and CET institutes on TMS to optimise system usage and improve effectiveness.
• Provide Level 1 support to address user issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate with vendors to resolve system problems.
• Accelerate change requests and drive enhancements in STEP to better support CET operations and ensure a more responsive system.
