About the Role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to meet targets and goals for quality and on-time delivery including oversee the activities of parts sourcing and kitting. Drive root cause analysis when targets are not met
- Lead and supervise team members to develop them towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training
- Ensure compliance of standards; drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture in the team. Assume roles in EH&S sub-committees
- Interface with various business functions such as Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Finance and HR to achieve operational goals and company's objectives
- Develop performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to track team performance
- Manage team to ensure material flows across entire kitting process value stream
