Senior WIFI Network Engineer — 24x7 Provisioning & Ops

Singtel is seeking a WIFI Tier 2 Engineer who will play a hybrid role within the Managed WIFI team. The role involves configuring customer WIFI services and performing diagnostics to maintain a high-performing centralized WIFI platform.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT or Computer Science and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of wireless standards and experience with enterprise WIFI platforms like Cisco is preferred.

This position includes participation in a 24x7 standby rotation and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
