About the Role
The Job:
- Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise a team of store assistants/storekeepers to meet KPIs.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings and handle staff matters, including leave approvals and disciplinary actions.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certificate/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Proficient in WMS, SAP, or similar warehouse systems.
- Strong leadership, planning, and resource management skills.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ staff.
