Senior VP, Master Planning & Project Strategy

Aldar in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Master Planning professional to lead activities from pre-concept to detailed masterplans for government and Aldar Development projects.

You will review submittals, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage consultants, and ensure quality, budget and schedule alignment with Aldar standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, GCC market insight, and the ability to present complex plans to senior leaders for approval.
