Senior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

Team & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of video editors (and closely collaborate with QAs/IDs/SMEs).
• Set clear expectations, allocate work, track performance, and run daily standups and regular check-ins.
• Identify and groom sub-leads; support hiring, onboarding, and training of new editors.

Project & Workflow Management

• Own end-to-end planning, tracking, and delivery of multiple video projects in parallel (learning content, marketing assets, testimonials, webinars, podcasts, shorts, etc.).
• Create and maintain project trackers, TAT tables, and leaderboards to ensure visibility of status, workloads, and bottlenecks.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder requirements are consistently met.

Studio Ownership & Production Execution

• Own day-to-day operations of our in-house studio.
