Senior Transformation Analyst

This role is designed for an operational problem-solver who can both optimize existing processes and lead meaningful transformation. You will own initiatives end-to-end—setting a consistent delivery cadence, establishing governance, and maintaining clear status communication—while remaining accountable for timelines, scope, risks, and results.

Success in this role requires the ability to navigate competing priorities and align cross-functional stakeholders when scope, timing, or expectations conflict. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, drive momentum through disciplined execution, and ensure process improvements translate into measurable outcomes across supply chain and distribution operations.
