About the Role
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance of marine electrical system/component in workshops and onboard vessels
- Supervise a team of Electricians in planned and corrective maintenance
- Perform corrective maintenance and planned maintenance
- Perform electrical wiring, cabling and modification of electrical circuit.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices such as Multimeter, Insulation tester and Process calibrator
- Participate in the repair of electrical components in workshop and onboard ships.
- Diploma or NTC in Electrical Engineering and related field.
- Experience in testing/calibration of high/low voltage equipment or fault analysis
- Knowledge in both electrical/electronic system
- Experience in DC system will be advantageous
