Senior Technical Lead - ERP Testing Services

Sr Technical Lead-Testing Services Area(s) of responsibility 18+ Years of Experience . Own ERP testing strategy across SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms. Validate end-to-end processes including O2C, P2P, R2R, and H2R. Manage functional, integration, regression, data, UAT, and cutover testing. Coordinate ERP interfaces with CRM, WMS, MES, banking, and tax systems. Ensure test data, environment, batch, reports, and interface readiness. Lead defect triage, business validation, UAT support, and sign-off governance. Drive ERP automation for critical regression and business process scenarios.
