In this role, you will provide senior technical and safety assurance advice for the NZDF's LAV Turret fleet, supporting effective through‑life management. You will lead technical decision‑making across fleet management, maintenance, configuration changes and the introduction of new capability into service.
* Analyse fleet data and provide technical reports.
* Develop fleet policies, processes, and procedures.
* Build effective stakeholder and vendor relationships.
* Oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities.
