Senior TCB Applications & Technical Sales Engineer

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior TCB Application & Technical Sales Engineer based in Singapore. In this role, you will engage with semiconductor customers to understand their packaging roadmap, support technical sales activities, and troubleshoot bonding issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields and have 5–15 years of experience in semiconductor packaging, particularly in TCB, Flip Chip, and Advanced Packaging.
