Position Summary:

RHM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to build out team, function, and recruiting processes to take them to the next level. As they expect 200% growth over the next 2 years, this person will possess an entrepreneurial mindset. We need this person to roll up their sleeves for the first 12-18 months and will take on all open reqs while building out a regional recruiting strategy. Most open reqs are Sales Management Trainees (recruiters) whom obtain the contract staff for their clients.
