Senior Systems Engineer – Requirements & Verification

Smiths Detection is looking for a Principal Systems Engineer for a UK defence programme. This role focuses on requirements management, verification, and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, excellent communication skills, and will work in a hybrid setup, requiring two days on-site in Hemel Hempstead.

Experience in regulated industries is preferred, but candidates from aerospace, rail, and automotive backgrounds are welcome.
