About the Service – Plymouth

A respite care service supporting adults aged 18+ in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The service promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing through tailored, person-centred support.

Stone Barton is a complex care service, supporting individuals with higher clinical and physical needs. Support includes PEG and NG feeding, medication administration, oxygen and nebuliser support, suctioning, cough assist, and support for autistic individuals with behaviours that may challenge. Some individuals are mobile, while others are wheelchair users
