Senior Supervisor, Completion & Well Intervention CWI

He/she is the company representative onboard the drilling rig during well Completion & Well Intervention (CWI) and well testing activities. He/she is responsible for coordination and supervision of CWI & well testing contractors and third-party service providers, ensuring execution of their work scopes comply to HSE and technical standards, and that they are carried out as per the program in a safe and efficient manner.

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:

• HSE Critical Tasks accountabilities include Well Control, Well Integrity, SIMOPS, rig / work site operation supervision, and management.
• Accountable as onsite safety leader for CWI & well testing operations ensures that all relevant service contractors comply to HSEMS, technical, and company standards. Safeguards the Company’s assets and interests (e.g. platform, wells, materials and equipment) during CWI activities.
