Position Summary

The Senior Superintendent, Tech & Machinery is responsible for coordinating and updating guidelines for machinery. Provides substantial input to specific company projects and delivers project supervision with in-house sources, site offices, architects and other consultants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follows and applies development in technology of above mentioned areas

  • Follows and applies emission control technology

  • Develops Energy Saving and System's performance

  • Develops optimised life cycle costs (LCC) procedure

  • Meets with potential makers and systems designers

  • Applies relevant rules and regulations in the development of cruise ship design and building, including evaluation of new technology
