Senior Superintendent

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Superintendent to join our Global Field Services team. Depending on experience and qualifications, the position may also be offered at the level of Service Engineer, Senior Service Engineer, or Superintendent . The role is permanent with a preferred location of Vaasa, Finland , but Turku and Helsinki may also be considered for the right candidate.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Superintendent in Global Field Services, you will perform and lead commissioning, overhauls, troubleshooting, on‑site repairs, audits, measurement, analysis, and upgrades on marine and land‑based installations with Wärtsilä engines and equipment. You will work internationally, traveling approximately 150 days per year, while also having the option to work remotely part of the time in line with our hybrid model.
