You will manage a quality portfolio and work closely with the Director in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
The business operates with a modern, technology-driven approach, enabling managers to deliver efficient service while maintaining strong relationships with strata committees and owners.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of strata schemes end-to-end
• Build strong relationships with committees and owners
• Coordinate and attend strata meetings
• Oversee compliance including fire, lift and safety reports
• Manage the annual strata management cycle
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ strata management experience
• Current Strata Management Licence
• Experience managing large strata schemes and BMCs
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Comfortable using strata systems and technology
