As a Senior Staff Industrial Engineer, you'll spearhead operational efficiency and master cost-optimization across personnel and capital resources.

  • Lead and provide technical guidance to the IE engineering team.

  • Utilize DMAIC methodologies to identify efficiency gaps and implement process improvements.

  • Establish annual manufacturing standards and KPIs (OEE, UPH, MMO).

  • Maintain and optimize the basic IE database, including standards for labor, material usage factors, and cycle times.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Resource Planning, and Finance to ensure buy-in for new standards and cost-reduction targets.
