Senior Specialist Risk Governance & Transversal Risk

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Risk Governance professional to support the oversight and continued enhancement of the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Reporting to the Head of Risk Governance, Transversal Risk and ERM Chief of Staff, the role has a strong focus on risk governance, transversal and emerging risks, particularly ESG Risk and Geopolitical Risk, within a complex regulatory environment. This role is based in our Munich office and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. 

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and effective operation of the risk governance and ERM framework, including policies, procedures, and governance documentation.

Coordinate bank-wide risk governance processes, ensuring consistency across risk types and alignment with global standards.
