We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer with a background in mechanical assembly, metal joining and machining. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing plans and processes to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in production. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach, working collaboratively with teammates and suppliers to address and resolve issues, drive continuous improvements, and uphold our stringent quality standards.

This role requires complete ownership of the manufacturing process from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is highly invested in the processes they oversee and genuinely enjoys getting hands-on with the product.
