Gijima Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Senior Specialist: Exit/Disposal. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive successful exits and divestments, ensuring maximum value creation for the organisation. This role requires a seasoned dealmaker with proven expertise in private equity, M&A, and business disposals who can operate independently and deliver results under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• Relevant Postgraduate Degree in Business, Commercial, Legal, or equivalent field (CA(SA) / MBA advantageous).
• 8–10 years’ experience in portfolio transformation within private equity or commercial banking, specifically involving asset exits.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience assessing the economic viability of businesses.
