Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are partnered with an established financial services organisation to look for a lead for Backend Engineering. This is a pivotal role within a highly collaborative, global agile environment where you will act as both a hands‑on technical authority and an engineering people leader. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional product teams, technical architects, and product owners to design, develop, and deploy complex enterprise microservices.
