CCRIPT Agency is looking for a highly capable Software Engineer who can build and manage scalable full-stack systems while confidently handling direct client communication, technical discussions, and end-to-end product ownership. This is a performance-driven role for engineers who understand architecture, product thinking, clean engineering practices, and real-world production systems, not just coding. Expert-level fluent spoken English communication is an absolute non-negotiable requirement for this role.
