Senior Social Worker (Student Service)

To support and promote children’s well-being through leading the Tinkle Friend Services, which include the helpline and chatline, and developing resources to support children’s well-being through various channels. To lead the development of an evidence-informed programme for children, educators/parents in the promotion of bully-free environments. Conduct rigorous assessment and provide basic psychosocial, behavioural interventions to children in need. The purpose is to ensure that a child’s mental well-being is supported so that they can grow up strong and healthy.

• Provide supervision to the Tinkle Friend team and support to ensure child safety.
• Develop, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and review services to address bullying.
