Senior Site Manager – Newbuild 

• Commercial, Industrial & Mixed-Use projects up to $60M

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activity from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure safety, quality and programme compliance
• Run site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
• Monitor progress and manage site documentation (Procore)
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Identify and escalate risks to programme or budget
• Lead and motivate site teams to perform at their best

About You

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager (commercial / industrial)
• End-to-end delivery of complex projects
• Strong WHS and construction methodology knowledge
• Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
