About the Role:

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination process with other disciplines.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in performing the contractual duties on site.
• Processing of contract documents & assist contract administration.
• Develops modifies and reviews production drawings and construction documents.
• Corrects and updates design documents.
• Serves as an architectural resource for the Design department.
• Provides resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline(s); coordinates application of solutions to ensure progress on site.
• Advise the project manager of any technical aspects of the architectural works that may affect construction progress quality and the like.
• Hands on in monitoring the interior architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
