Senior Shift Supervisor

Job Description: Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients Oversee API manufacturing and plant operations during the 12-hour shift, including supervising critical process steps, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth execution aligned with the production schedule. Manage non-conformances by facilitating communication within and across teams, providing investigation input, ensuring timely documentation correction, and preventing delays in batch release. Support operational excellence by conducting GEMBA walks, identifying improvement opportunities, driving process enhancements, and maintaining the plant in a constant state of audit readiness. Lead or contribute to Tier 2 meetings, cross-functional discussions, and safety assessments (e.g., PHA), while ensuring adherence to EHS standards and promoting a proactive safety culture through positive interventions.
