Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Certifications & Experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow
• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• 1+ CIS certifications + CAD certification (desired)

Responsible for:

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform and applications
• Advanced development experience implementing ServiceNow application
• Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work‑effort estimation and hands‑on advanced development.
• Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings
• Lead technical conversations with the customer
• Translate requirements/stories and mock‑ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team
