Job Summary: Manage installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment while delivering technical support and customer training to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing of commercial kitchen equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose technical problems accurately and determine effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Deliver customer training on product usage and maintenance to enhance user knowledge and equipment longevity.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing outstanding service and support.
• Produce detailed service reports documenting work performed and technical findings.
