Senior Service Designer: End-to-End CX Innovator

Robusta Studio is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join our Experience Design team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will design and optimize end-to-end services for impactful customer experiences across various channels. You will collaborate with diverse teams to uncover insights and develop innovative solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in Service Design, UX, or Customer Experience. Proficiency in design tools like Miro and Figma is crucial. Arabic proficiency is preferred.
