Harvey Nash’s client is recruiting a Senior Service Designer on a 3 month contract.
Main Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of services, strategies, and policies to meet business requirements and user needs. Promote inclusive, collaborative, user-centered design practices and integrate them into service design and delivery. Recommend appropriate service design tools and methods. Collaborate with user researchers to understand and address user needs across various channels. Work with Interaction Design, Content Design, and Digital Accessibility teams to develop comprehensive patterns and service features. Advocate for users who require assisted digital and accessibility technologies to access services. Facilitate co-design sessions with design teams, service users, and other stakeholders.
