A leading insurance organization is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to join their growing product organization. This individual will support a newly formed product team as the company continues driving digital, cloud, and Agile maturity initiatives across the enterprise. The organization has already completed a large Agile transformation, so this person will focus less on implementing Agile from the ground up and more on optimizing team delivery, improving processes, and ensuring product teams are consistently delivering business value.
This Scrum Master will partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, software development teams, and external vendor development partners to drive successful Agile execution.
