Senior Scientist

This role is for a Gene Therapy Scientist/Research Associate with 3+ years of lab experience in biology or a related field. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in aseptic cell culture , gene therapy workflows (AAV/LNP preferred) , and molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, and protein analysis .

They should be comfortable designing and executing experiments independently , developing functional assays , processing tissue samples, and analyzing molecular data. Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Experience with automation/liquid handling , primer design/sequencing , and animal tissue processing is a plus.
