Senior Scheduler - Client in maritime industry (telework possible) (Quebec City)

Our client, a renowned company in the maritime industry in Lévis, is currently looking for a Senior Scheduler to fill a permanent position. The position can be done largely remotely, but with occasional travel to the Lévis site.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to Manager, Scheduling, you will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and analyzing project schedules, including setup of automation tools and P6 systems, for compiling data from different projects/programs and converting them to useful information to enable decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop program/project schedules, including work breakdown structures, key project milestones, and project reporting baselines and interlinking with all interfaces.
• Monitor, and analyze established project schedules in accordance to approved project base lines.
