About the Role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing
co‑living and serviced residence
platform in Singapore to hire a
Senior Sales Manager
to own portfolio‑wide commercial performance.
This is a senior, target‑driven role with a clear path into Head of Sales / Commercial Director as the portfolio scales.
Role snapshot:
You will lead occupancy, revenue and ADR across multiple assets, while building and managing a small commercial team spanning business development, reservations and revenue management. The ideal profile is a sales leader from co‑living, serviced residences or extended‑stay hotels who can bring an active book of corporate and long‑stay business and start producing from day one.
Key responsibilities:
