About the Role
Senior Sales Executive – New Markets | Stibo Systems ASEAN (Kuala Lumpur or Jakarta)
What you’ll actually do:
- Hunt and close new logo enterprise deals across ASEAN
- Lead complex, value‑based sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
- Build and grow a pipeline that you own end‑to‑end
- Partner with system integrators and position Stibo as the #1 multi‑domain MDM solution in the region
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with proposals that genuinely win
You bring:
- A proven track record in B2B enterprise software sales (MDM or Information Management a big plus)
- Experience engaging and influencing at C‑level
- Consultative, solution‑selling instincts — you solve problems, not pitch products
- Confidence navigating complex sales environments and partner ecosystems
- Strong communication skills that command the room (and the Zoom)
