About the Role

Senior Sales Executive – New Markets | Stibo Systems ASEAN (Kuala Lumpur or Jakarta)

What you’ll actually do:

  • Hunt and close new logo enterprise deals across ASEAN
  • Lead complex, value‑based sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
  • Build and grow a pipeline that you own end‑to‑end
  • Partner with system integrators and position Stibo as the #1 multi‑domain MDM solution in the region
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with proposals that genuinely win

You bring:

  • A proven track record in B2B enterprise software sales (MDM or Information Management a big plus)
  • Experience engaging and influencing at C‑level
  • Consultative, solution‑selling instincts — you solve problems, not pitch products
  • Confidence navigating complex sales environments and partner ecosystems
  • Strong communication skills that command the room (and the Zoom)
