Responsibilities

• The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for new business acquisition, management of merchants, mentoring of Sales Associates and helping to drive the adoption of new products and sales tools.
• They will be responsible for generating, qualifying, nurturing and closing potential leads for the various services that Ninja Van Singapore provides. They will also be expected to maintain close relationships with clients and partners.
• Schedule meetings with potential prospects to understand the service requirements of clients.
• Acquire new clients to increase country revenue.
• Pitch operational requests to internal stakeholders to help meet clients’ requirements and SLAs.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentation decks, profitability analysis and contract documents.
