Senior Sales Account - MissionReporting

Swiss HR Tech Factory, part of an international group specialized in software and innovative solutions within the HR Tech landscape, seeks a Senior Sales Account to report directly to the Sales Director and drive the development of the Swiss market, focusing on staffing and search & selection.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting the most effective and value-driven solutions.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, working closely with the Client Success team to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close deals.
  • Advise clients on the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs.
