Senior Road Engineer

About the role

We will work alongside a team of early career professionals and established engineers and project managers across the Roads business, based in the London & South East region (Cambridge, London (Westferry Circus), Basingstoke, Guildford, Southampton).

Partner with National Highways on the SDF contract delivering highways‑based projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare designs and specifications in accordance with Design Manual Roads Bridges (DMRB).
• Develop designs using AutoCAD, Civil3D, PDS Signs, PDS Lines, Key Signs, Key Lines.
• Deliver work packages with scope to move up to managing schemes and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Provide support to Project Managers with planning, programming, technical input for pricing of project briefs, proposals, deliverables and cost estimation.
