Senior River Management & Flood Protection Engineer

Horizons Regional Council in New Zealand seeks a Senior River Management Officer to join the River Management team at the Kairanga Service Centre. You will apply advanced knowledge to plan, design, construct and maintain river control and drainage works, contributing to flood protection and sustainable outcomes.

You will monitor assets, supervise works, mentor staff, and build relationships with iwi, agencies and ratepayers in the rural areas.
