Job Description:
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance structured coaching systems, methodologies, and athlete development frameworks aligned with international standards.
- Develop and oversee training programmes, class structures, and progression pathways for both recreational and competitive gymnasts, ensuring long‑term athlete development.
- Deliver advanced rhythmic gymnastics coaching to achieve performance outcomes, including technical mastery, competition readiness, and skill progression.
- Lead and support academy‑wide initiatives, including class management, event coordination, competitions, and programme development.
- Prepare and develop athletes for national and international competitions, including performance planning and talent identification.
