Manage the training team and oversee the retail and operation training & development functions for the region. Establish short to long-term strategies and planning to sustain the development of the business directions, including but not limited to, succession planning, retention strategy, career development roadmap, etc. Identify the training needs and develop training plans for different levels and functions of employees (including Retail function & Frontline Staff) as well as evaluate the effectiveness of each activity and hence to make necessary improvement and enhancement.
