WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Full-Time Senior Resident Engineer/Construction Manager for** our Denver, **Colorado** office. Other locations include **Boulder** , **Colorado Springs** and **Lakewood** . **Your Impact**
**_Pre-construction phase:_**
+ Conduct constructability reviews of design documents
+ Provide cost estimating and budget development
+ Help with bid package preparation and contractor selection
+ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants
+ Scheduling and coordinating Pre-construction and Partnering meetings

+ Monitor project progress against schedule and budget
+ Identify and manage potential risks
+ Review change orders and recommend approvals
