About the Role
AVP – Senior Relationship Manager, Institutional Liabilities Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Liability Sales, Relationship Management, or Transaction Banking.
• Proven track record of mobilizing CASA deposits and managing Corporate & Institutional client relationships.
• Sound understanding of Transaction Banking solutions, Cash Management, and liability products.
• Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, KYC, AML/CFT requirements, and banking compliance standards.
• Strong business development, relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a performance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
