Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers (React Native/iOS/Android/Xamarin), providing guidance, code reviews, and technical oversight.
• Develop high‑quality code that meets functional requirements, is easy to maintain, and provides a positive user experience.
• Set technical direction, define best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
• Determine overall structure of the application, select appropriate technologies, and design scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Communicate directly with customers when needed to troubleshoot issues, gather context, and ensure satisfaction with mobile solutions.
